Easy Payment Options

Gone with the time when you had to pay for health insurance you rarely used. If you are relatively healthy, with two or fewer chronic medical conditions, you can now have affordable health care with The Concierge Practice. Payments can be made with credit card or HSA funds conveniently through our privacy-protected website portal.

Patients with health insurance within network will be charged their regular co-pay for single visits. Concierge packages will not be billed to health insurance. If out-of-network, you can seek reimbursement for health care expenses accrued, ask us how.

BOOKING: A $50 charge is required at time of booking to confirm your appointment. It is applied to services rendered. It may be applied to cancellation fee.

CANCELLATION: A cancellation is considered late when done less than 24 hours prior to appointment time and may be subjected to a cancellation fee of $50. Same would apply to a missed appointment and same-day booking.
